Millennium Rewards is Millennium & Copthorne Hotels' rewards programme created for the Hotel Booker (Secretaries and PAs) booking on behalf of their company. The programme offers you the opportunity to earn points at hotels across the UK & Europe - because we believe you deserve more than just a "thank you".

As a member of Millennium Rewards, you can receive the following exclusive benefits:

One point for every room night booked, or one point for every £100 worth of Meetings & Events business booked. Each point earns you £4 worth of Millennium & Copthorne Hotel vouchers or £2 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers
Your unique Millennium Rewards ID number which instantly identifies you as a valued member
(Two points will be awarded for room nights when you book in France.)

How do I join?

Please email rewards@jbsfulfilment.co.uk  to apply for your Millennium Rewards membership. Once your application form has been approved we will send you your Millennium Rewards IN number. (Please allow seven working days for applications to be processed).

How do I book?

Simply make a booking by either calling the hotel direct or by calling the Central Reservations team on +44 (0)845 30 20001. Always remember to quote your Millennium Rewards ID number when you book to claim for your points.

How do I redeem?

Once your booking has taken place and payment has been processed, you can either credit your account or redeem accumulated points for Millennium & Copthorne Hotel vouchers, or Marks & Spencer vouchers. (Please allow 14 working days from your guest's departure date for points to be credited to your account).
